This item is in decent working condition, but there are some cracks in the seat cover ont he left side, and some cracks in the seat pan toward the rear mount. I got it froma large lot of pharley parts and I am not sure of the exact year and bike it comes from. it cvlose to 15.5 inches long and 15 inches wide. It it a used part with normal wear.
