3) SHIPPING- In stock items ship 1-2 business days after payment is received or cleared. Tracking numbers provided upon request by telephone or through Ebay e-mail system only! We do not respond to notes sent through PayPal. We reserve the right to deny shipment to members with UNCONFIRMED PayPal addresses. If we are unable to ship all or part of your order for any reason, we will give an IMMEDIATE refund.
4) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- We welcome international orders, but shipment takes longer. International tracking is not always available. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will refund your money. Insurance is required on all international orders. We will NOT mark international packages as GIFT. Customs and duties, if there is any, are BUYER'S responsibility.
5) INVENTORY- All items are subject to prior sale. If we run out of something we will give an immediate refund. We ask your patience and forgiveness. We would do the same for you.
6) RETURNS- Returns are never a problem. Power tools are a special case and you need to call us first. If something is our mistake or if the item is defective, we will refund your shipping charges as well. All returns require prior authorization. Call us! We will work it out!
