RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding postage costs). If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us prior to leaving feedback and we will resolve the issue swiftly. All we ask is that the item must not be worn and returned in original condition with labels within 14 days of receipt. Although we aim to provide you with accurate information regarding fitting/sizing, please be away that different brands/styles can vary in measurements/fitting. This is beyond our control but we will be happy to exchange any items. Some of our products require special care, i.e 'wash dress inside out', 'wash separately'. Please always read manufacturer's instructions for care of your garments. Contact us directly through eBay to resolve any issues or problems before leaving any feedback as we are a small family run business and rely on our feedback to keep us going.

Delivery of your item

Please can you check before an order is made that your address is showing full and correct details including house number.

If you are not going to be in to receive your item please advise an alternative place to leave your item (you can enter this in your address details or advise us at the time your order is placed)
