This is a replacement extractor bit that works with the Heavy Duty Impact Drive - Broken Bolt & Screw Extractor Kit available separately in my Ebay store (sorry, currently all sold out). This is the only way to obtain replacement blades for your extractor tool. These blades can wear and or break over time and use. I have a limited supply of these extra "loose" extractor tool with blades installed. Get one or a few now before they are gone. I will combine shipping if you want more than one or even some of the other sizes I have available.
