 This RCD 310 includes DAB+ Digital Radio, this offers all the stations you cannot get on standard FM/AM signal, bringing you extra news,
 sport, music, comedy, drama, children's programmes and more. There's such a wide selection you'll find plenty to suit your own particular
 interests. This means you can also listen to your existing favourites, hiss and crackle-free, in crystal clear sound quality. What's more, you
 don't have to remember frequencies, you can simply just use the radio station names.

 The RCD 310 DAB+ includes a new generation of amplifiers giving a far superior sound quality to the previous Volkswagen stereos such
 as RCD200/300/500.  It has to be heard to be believed!  The stereo has an LCD display, which shows the station you're listening to and
 other information, such as artist names, song title; what's coming up next; news headlines, etc.

 If you would like to add an iPod/USB connection we offer the genuine VW MDI kit, this gives full control of your iPod menu or USB folders
 while playing all your favourite music. Furthermore, the RCD 310 DAB+ has the option of adding a genuine VW Bluetooth kit (your vehicle
 must have a multi-function steering wheel) which offers Bluetooth Handsfree calling and Wireless music streaming. These are both items

We strive to dispatch all items within one working day of the order being received and paid for. All parcels sent via courier are on a next working day delivery service, items that are sent via Royal Mail are 1st Class post, this is usually a 1-3 working day service. 

If you chose to upgrade your shipping to 'Next Day' the item(s) will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 2.00pm.  Please note the above applies to UK mainland locations, all off shore and international delivery times can vary dependent upon destination address.

Returns That Are Our Fault

Wrong Item received / Faulty Item. Returns that are our fault includes wrong items received or faulty goods. We are more than happy to replace any item(s) in these instances. In The case that an incorrect / faulty item is being returned for a refund you will receive a full refund including the original postage & packaging costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item.

Returns That Are Not Our Fault:

1) Unwanted Goods / “Cooling Off” Items. Returns that are the customer’s choice under the distance selling regulations, 
2) Returns due to incorrect item purchased 
3) Goods that are simply unwanted

These are all entitled to a refund / replacement if it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage cost to return the item and we will also not refund the Royal Mail / Courier Postage costs incurred for the item sending out to you originally (Your refund then will be the final eBay price minus any postage cost). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. Items returned in non-saleable condition (Damaged / missing packaging etc) will be subject to a repackaging and admin surcharge. All returns are by prior arrangement only.
