For collector's items:
We will always try to package items as carefully as possible to ensure that there is no damage during shipping. Most collector's items, such as action figures or boxed LEGO sets, will automatically be packaged in a box to ensure there will be no damage to the item's package (unless otherwise stated in the listing details). However, some items will ship in a polybag. If you are concerned about package damage, please contact us before purchasing to ensure the item is properly packaged. Returns will not be accepted for package damage if USPS First Class shipping is selected at checkout. Returns for package damage will be accepted if USPS Priority Mail shipping is purchased.
We ship to all states in the continental United States. An additional charge might be assessed to items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories, depending on the item.
