The final lure of the Marshall lure line, the Mad Minnow appeared on the scene in the Spring of 1930. A modified Marshall Master Minnow, the Mad Minnow measured 4 inches and sported a speckled steel skirt on a hand-painted body, two props, glass eyes and a chain of red salmon eggs tailed with a spoon.
