100% Peppermint Essential Oil
(INCI: Mentha Arvensis Oil)


Peppermint oil is extracted from the fresh or semi-dried leaves and flowers of the herb. The plant is cultivated in Britain, America, Europe and China, but grows worldwide.
Mint was prizes in Japan and China for centuries and has been found in Egyptian tombs dating back to 1000 BC.
Traditionally, people drank it as a tea or chewed the leaves to cure 'complaints of the stomach or nerves'.

   The essential oil is nearly one third menthol, which is why it invigorates, clears the head, stimulates and is soothing, refreshing and cooling.
In aromatherapy, it is excellent for headaches , mental fatigue, muscular pain, varicose veins, sunburn, insect bites, nausea, PMT, or menopausal hot flushes.
A few drops on a tissue can clear your head , whether your suffering from a cold or mental fatigue, and relieve headaches or any nausea, from travel to morning sickness.
Four drops in a basin will refresh tired feet. Use sparingly for massage or in the bath.

WARNING: Mint essential oil is very potent , so never apply undiluted to skin, or just before going to sleep. Always use in moderation.

Collection is not available. Purchases are sent via Royal Mail or Courier depending on size and quantity.
If you need your order quickly, we recommend you choose 1st Class postage.
To keep our charges low we send post out 2nd Class unless otherwise specified by you. 
Please note that the postage you are charged isn't simply the cost to post the item.

Southern, Northern Ireland, IOM, JE, GU, IOW, Highlands etc - please contact for postal prices over 2 kilos or accept that there will be a surcharge on your postage if you are ordering more than 2 kilos. 

Returns & Refunds
All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back, unless the mistake is our fault.

In the event of glass breakage during transit, please take pictures of broken or damaged goods and email us.

Refunds on missing, lost, broken or faulty items CANNOT be given on orders that are over 30 days old.
