Divider: Removable divider included allows you to divide the crate into two small cages or remove the divider to use it as a large crate.
Feeding Bowls: Each level comes with two stainless feeding bowls with hanger allows you to feed your pet more conveniently.
Feeding Doors: Each level comes with 4 small feeding doors allows you to feed your pet conveniently without worrying about your pet accidentally jump out from cage.
Wheels: Improved heavy duty wheels increase the durability use and improved lockable design to prevent damage of carpet.
Open Top: Open top feature allows you to put your pet into cage easily
ABS Tray: Two small plastic ABS trays each level allow you to conveniently clean the cage
Large Door Opening: Two large doors allows more space for your big buddy to go into crate easily.

- Order without payment for 7 days will be closed as accidental order
- We only free shipping to continental 48 states
- Additional cost will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, US protectorates, and Canada address.
- FedEx only ship to physical addresses, please do not provide PO box address
- Package handling time only takes 1-2 business day after payment approved
- Orders placed during Weekend or Friday after 3pm PST will be shipped on next business day Monday
- Some of our high value packages are shipping with signature required. Buyer may request for a non-signature delivery, but it will be buyer’s responsibility for a lost package. Request can only be made before package shipped. Once package ship out from our facility, confirmation is not changeable.
- FedEx delivery time: 1-6 business days
- Buyers pay for the return shipping fee for all NON-seller mistake returns. (E.g. Item doesn’t fit, FedEx returns without pickup etc.)
- All Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- All damage return items need picture confirmation for refund. All returns must be in new original condition as received.
