Shipping is Free with this listing, the delivery service included is ground floor only door to door  or in the case of a post bag to the post box . the transport company will not deliver to an upper level unless you have made prior arrangements with us for this special service. If you do require an upper level delivery please email us or message us through eBay and provide the details of each item and the quantity so we can arrange a quote for you. The upper level delivery service is carried out by a totally different company and procedure so we do need to book this in prior to your order being dispatched, if you order has already dispatched and you decide that you would like the upper level service we may not be able to arrange this depending where your order is and if we can stop it in time.

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin order processing until the next 
business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Australian Public holidays. 

Delivery Drivers will require assistance to carry any oversized items from the vehicle to the ground floor 
of your home or office. An item 25kg or more is deemed oversize according to OH&S policy. 
If no-one is available to assist the driver please contact us at to arrange an assisted delivery for an extra cost.
