F A Q: Q: Is your hair of same length?
A:
No, most of our hair extension follow standard proportion in length,
for example in 20" hair extension, there are 40% hair in 20" and others
are shorter. It is similar with natural human hair.But we could
customize for you as your request of hair length.
Q: Can they be straightened, curled ?
A.
Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/ straightener or
tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools
too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
Q. Can I dye /color the hair?
A.
Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken
the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker , not
lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is
difficulty to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the
hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as
you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a
high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a
salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
Virgin hair is not processed chemically and it keeps cuticle intact.
you can dye it any color, either darker or lighter.
Q. Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
A.
You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. We
also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because
the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it
should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking
healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don't need to
wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can
be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too
often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after
washing them. please comb from bottom to top.
Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair? A:
human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and
smell : human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching.
human hair will smell foul . When burning , the human hair will show
white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning
and will show black smoke . Moreover, human hair may have very few gray
hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.

1. We suggest you choose the hair color which matches your own.
Because our hair extension had already been through a chemical process
to get better sterilization and smoothness, we do not recommend dye or
curl in the future.but if you need dye it pls color it on professionally way .
2. Please choose the amount of hair extension according to your own
condition. We suggest 2 sets for the thicker hair of your own, and 1 set
for thinner hair.

How to wash hair
After applying the tape hair extensions pls do not wash your hair untill 72 hours
Washing hair gently with your hands by your favorite shampoo and conditioner,but pls do not use any purple shampoo.
Brush your hair with a wide comb from the bottom to top,and Gently hold the hair with your hand and squeeze ,Do not rubbing and scrubbing the applied hair which will causre tangling and matting eventually.
Washing Tape hair is to rub your head downwards gently.You should also avoid applying conditioner on the tape where the piece is attached to your hair.
How to dry hair
If you don’t want to blow-dry your hair,you can let it naturally dries. However, remember not to scrub it too hard to get rid of moisture. Instead, you can use a towel and gently remove water from your hair.
If you use the blowdryer please keep the temperature less than 180 Celsius. .The rule of thumb is never wholly to dry your hair.do not blow the hair too often .do not go to sleep with wet hair
How to brush your hair
It is essential to brush your hair two times per day.Brushing keeps hair strands from twisting into each other, causing shedding and tangling.
Comb the hair from the bottom because most of the twisting and tangling hair happen there.After that, move the brush upwards.In this step,you need to be careful since the tapes-in don’t want to get pulled.
