- We accept PayPal payment only
- Order without payment for 7 days will be closed as accidental order
- We only ship to continental 48 states-excluding Hawaii, Alaska, US protectorates, APO/FPO and PO boxes address.
- Shipping by FedEx, package handling time only takes 1 business day after payment approved. Orders make before 3pm PST will be shipped on same day you ordered.
- Orders placed on Weekend or Friday after 3pm PST will be shipped on next Monday
- Some of our high value packages are sending with signature required. Buyer may request for a non-signature delivery, but it will be buyer’s responsibility for a lost package. Request for a non-signature delivery needs to notice seller before 3pm PST after your purchase, once package send out from our facility, confirmation is not changeable.
- FedEx delivery time: 1-6 business days
- Buyers pay for the return shipping fee for all NON-seller mistake returns. (E.g. Item doesn’t fit, FedEx returns without pickup etc.)
- All Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- All damage return items need picture confirmation for refund. All returns must be in new original condition as received.
