Returns Policy

All orders can be returned up to 14 days after the shipment date (New Items Only). Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will refund purchase price less postage & a fee of 20% to cover restocking, Ebay & Paypal costs incurred. All shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Electrical items are non-returnable under any circumstances NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please ensure returned items include a covering letter showing date purchased, payment method & Ebay id. Failure to do this will result in delay in refund.

Terms & Conditions

1 All items that have to be returned to us due to failure to deliver will be subject to a re postal charge. If for any reason you do not want the item re sent then a refund will be issued less any costs incurred by us ie.(Postal Charges, Ebay Fees, Paypal Fees.)

2.All faulty items must be notified within 2 days of receipt & returned within 7 Days of Receipt (New Items Only) Replacements will be sent once item has been checked for fault.

If no fault is found & item is working properly then customer has to pay for re postal charges.

3. If a faulty item is returned for Refund we will issue a refund less the postage cost. (New Items Only)

4. All postage and packaging costs are customer's responsibility.

5. All returned items for any reason will be at customers expense.
