Just click on the 'postage and payments' tab near the top of the listing and you will be able to view the different options and the cost for the quantity you are looking to purchase. If you are shopping from a mobile phone and you are having problems purchasing more than one item then please try the following: Ensure you are using the phones browser rather than the app. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Classic Site'. You should now be able to add the different items to your basket and be able to see your postage is automatically discounted. PLEASE NOTE: Postage discounts can only be applied to an order before payment is made, so if you can't see the discount then please contact us before paying. We are unable to combine purchases after payment has been made.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 48 hours and in the majority of cases 24 hours of having cleared payment, Monday to Friday. If for any reason we are not able to meet this, we will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity. Economy delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail RM48 with a delivery aim of 2-3 days from dispatch. The exception to this is when we get to 7 days before Christmas where we will automatically give you a complimentary upgrade to Royal Mail RM24 to give it a better chance of arriving in time. Standard delivery, RM24, has a delivery aim of 1-2 days from dispatch. All larger orders over a certain value will be sent using a Signed For or Tracked service. We may on occasions dispatch via secure courier. Please note: RM24 and RM48 are NOT time guaranteed services. Deliveries may take longer during peak periods. If you require your order urgently please select Express Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a guaranteed next working day delivery service and will require a signature. The cut off time for same day dispatch is 12 pm noon. Our promotional rate delivery option is an RM48 service which has a delivery aim of 2-3 days with the added benefit of being capped at £3.95 no matter how large your order is. We may occasionally use an alternative secure courier for this delivery option. If on the rare occasion whereby you have not received your order within the specified time please contact us in the first instance before leaving neutral or negative feedback. It is always our aim to have your order delivered in time for your special occasion.

Payment

We are only able to guarantee order acceptance and delivery to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to addresses to outside of the mainland UK is subject to checks on availability and delivery charges. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to payment authorisation. We do not accept an ‘order confirmation’ email as an acceptance of your order. Full payment must be validated by us and selected third parties before your order can be accepted. Your payment confirmation brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, defective, incorrect or you simply change your mind we will accept returns requested within 30 days of you receiving your order. We recommend any items of value to be sent back via a recorded service. Please retain a certificate of posting as proof of your item being sent back to us. Please wrap products securely, and attach appropriate postage advice as we will not accept liability for lost returns. All products returned to us must be in the original sealed packaging and be in a saleable condition. In the instance that we are liable for return postage costs we will not refund return postage above or beyond the inital postage charge. Please contact us if you are returning your order. We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
