To qualify for a refund or a replacement, the item in question MUST be returned to us in BRAND NEW UNWORN CONDITION and with the ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 14 days of receipt.

We will refund the return postage cost,  if the said item was damaged, and if we agree the incorrect item was sent.

Customers returning an item due to change of mind will not be refunded for the return postage cost.
