We accept Paypal only. We cannot take orders or payment over the phone.
Payment must be received within 3 days or purchase. (Exc. Paypal E-cheque)
To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal before placing your order.
We aim to dispatch goods within 24 Hours of payment being received.
We use Royal Mail services for smaller items within the UK. For larger, heavier or multiple items we use a Parcelforce.
Any items returned as undeliverable will only be resent on receipt of an additional postage payment.
According to the Distance Selling Regulations, a buyer that wishes to return goods within the cancellation period will be under a duty to restore those goods to the supplier and in the meantime, take reasonable care of them.
This duty to take reasonable care ends if the buyer (at his own expense) sends the goods to the supplier.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of the order being delivered. The courier will refuse any claims submitted after 72 hours. We will not take responsibility to replace or exchange the goods outside of this window.
