Warranty
Since we are a wholesaler and not authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty that is included in the box is not endorsed by an authorized retail.
We therefore provide warranty coverage for one year from the date of purchased.
Our warranty only covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated.
All shipping costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship daily from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and Holidays.
We ship your item same day for payments received before 12:00 noon eastern time.
International shipping:
We ship daily from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and Holidays.
We ship your item within 24 hours after your payment has cleared.
USPS International First Class Mail only has shipping confirmation
number and the delivery time is from 2 to 6 weeks.
Please give it some time before open any inquiries.
USPS International Priority and Express Mail do provide tracking numbers
and faster service. We highly recommend you use this shipping options.
We are not responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, taxes, etc…
Returns and refunds:
All products must be returned in their original unworn condition with the
bracelet, strap or clasp never sized including packaging,
manuals, protective tape/plastics & hanging tags fully intact and never
removed from the watch.
The order must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If the watch is a gift and you are in need of an extension please contact me via
eBay message prior to purchasing.
Returns will be credited in full minus the shipping cost
Credit will be issued in the same form as payments received.
Returns must be shipped via prepaid insured traceable delivery
