How to Personalise

Once you have placed your order, you can either:

- Leave a note to seller during checkout (please don't forget to click the save button or we won't receive it otherwise)

- Send us a message on eBay

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days from our UK Studio.

Delivery dates on the listing are estimated only, if you need the item for a specific date please consider using Special Delivery, as we are unable to guarantee any delivery times unless this postage option used. We regret, no refunds if your item arrives late for your specific event when sent without this service.

Terms & Conditions

Items will not be posted until we have either received the personalisation requirements, or confirmation that one isn't required. Personalised goods CAN NOT be returned for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulations once they have been posted. IF you want to cancel you need to contact us as soon as possible.
