We offer international postage via either Royal Mail or we are now pleased to be able to offer Courier Service which is the items are fully tracked and ensures the items are with you quicker. Please contact us for rates, if your country is not shown.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your products this is accepted as long as we receive them back to us within 30 days from the date of a delivery in the original re sell able condition.

We're sorry but we are unable to accept returns on personalised items, confectionery, pre -filled party bags, wigs or costumes.

You will have to cover the cost of returning the product unless the product is faulty or not as described. Please include your order details in order for us to process your refund.

Once the item is received back to us we will inspect it and either refund or replace according to your instructions.
