RETURN POLICY:

 There is a 30 day guarantee on all purchases. If within 30 days of receipt of your furniture you decide it does not suit your needs, submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)via email. We will provide you with an authorization number. Once RMA is authorized and merchandise is returned to our warehouse at 5205 Starkey Road, Roanoke, VA 24018, it will be inspected. Provided the item is in it's original condition and there is no damage, a refund of the purchase price less a 30% restocking fee will be issued to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
