There has been a recent update that seems to allow the code to work on the ALL PLATFORMS.

Domestic Buyers (United States) - Please read this before you buy! By default, the physical card will be shipped and an image of your unique purchase (code) will be messaged to you via eBay messages.  Item will be shipped via USPS First Class Package with Tracking.  Image (code) will usually be sent within the hour but guaranteed within the day.

Shipping: 

All items are shipped using the most compact and viable method. Items are packed to a standard where they will be undamaged by transit. Tracking will be provided as long as the shipping method allows it; therefore, not all packages will have tracking. All listings are for domestic buyers only; however, some products may be shipped internationally, but you must ask before you buy. Also, faster shipping methods or specific shipping methods may be requested as long as we work out the pricing beforehand.
