We do not guarantee a color match. Roughly the color of a bandaid.

Works on trimline phone models 205 210 210M 220 230 230M. Also works on rotary dial 500, 554, touch tone 2500, 2554 Cortelco / ITT and many others. If your phone is not at least 30 years old you probably don't want this color.

Store brand beige handset cord for a trimline phone. We have sold hundreds of thousands of cords by this manufacturer. We buy them by the pallet, passing the savings on to you. They are made in China (like nearly all handset cords) and have gold plated contacts. They are lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE free.

This cord has a strong pink tint. It is about the same color as a bandaid. Beige trimline phones have been out of production for at least 30 years. The coils are shaped slightly tighter and withstand pulling better, but the color is very similar to the old Western Electric beige, also called H4DU-60. Beige was often confused with ivory. This cord has a strong pink tint to it. Ivory does not.

This cord works on any phone with a modular connector. Some trimline phones over 30 years old used a special cord that requires a tool to replace. Other phones over 30 years old used hard-wired (aka spade tip) cords. If your cord simply "clicks" in place, this cord will work fine.

Length: The maximum practical working length of this cord is 7 feet. Relaxed the coiled portion of this cord is about 18 to 20 inches long, NOT 12 FEET. Add a little more for the uncoiled portion on each end. It is called a 12 foot cord because 12 feet of material goes into the curling machine. This naming scheme is confusing but it's the standard.
