 Follow prompts to checkout and select 'regular' Letter postage (free), or 'Tracked/Express' Letter postage (charged), and Pay.

 

 

2. Email your design through Ebay messages:

a) Attach your own design ready for us to print directly from. 

Please ensure:

 -your design is solid Black text / graphic, on White background (regardless of your print colour choice) 

 -the design is no smaller than 500px on shortest side. One dimensional, no fine lines, no grey scale, no shading.

 -Also, tell us your print colour choice (shown left, choose one)

b) We'll create a gorgeous design for you:

Describe the look you want:

-tell us the font (shown left), or the name of a Microsoft font you'd prefer

-tell us your print colour choice (shown left, choose one)

  -describe your text and layout. Please ensure the punctuation is exactly as you'd like it printed

-confirm if you'd like any graphics OR not.  Do you want a motif, a border, etc? Describe your taste, or what you're using the stickers for.

You can also attach a photo in ebay messages, to help us understand the style you're trying to achieve, along with your description. 

 

 

3. Check your Sample

REMEMBER check your Ebay emails for our communication and to receive your emailed sample. 

-Check sample spelling and layout.

-sample will be black & white (regardless of your print colour choice)

-Reply your approval of your sample.

Without your messaged approval, we

can't print & post your stickers.

 


4. We print &  post your stickers within two business days of receiving your final approval.

-Postage is from Melbourne, Australia.

-Postage time depends upon your location

and if you paid for Express Postage

    • If you've ordered fully personalised stickers from us, it is the customers responsibility to ensure you check the emailed sample we send you. Your emailed approval is your final acceptance of the artwork that is to be printed on your stickers.
    • Note: if you are placing a repeat order, please place your order and then send a message to tell us you would like the same as last time. Also let us know your print colour choice. You will still receive an emailed sample to approve before we proceed to print, the Ebay system doesn't do this automatically so you still need to communicate with us.
    • You will be notified on the day that your goods have been dispatched via EBAY'S automated e-mail
    • Once you receive your stickers, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave positive feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem, and confirm your first name.
    • 7 days after we have dispatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.
    • If we design your stickers for you, the artwork remains the property of Little Sticker Co. You may purchase the graphics file from us for an additional charge.
     
    • All orders are sent via Australia Post. Your stickers are sent in a DL envelope via REGULAR letter post - unless you pay for another postage method. 
    • It is your responsibility to ensure, when you purchase, your address is a regular Australia post letter address. Australia Post and other carriers DO NOT DELIVER LETTERS TO PARCEL LOCKERS OR PARCEL PICK UP POINTS.  
    • We highly recommend you PAY FOR TRACKED OR EXPRESS POSTAGE IN THE CHECKOUT. We already cover the cost for you for regular letter delivery. (as well as free artwork & artwork set up). The onus is on you to protect yourself further in the case Australia Post loses your stickers. We accept NO responsibility for Australia post's actions.
    • Note: we take digital photograph's of your completed order, alongside your printed and postage stamped envelope with your address, on the day we send your order out with Australia Post.
    • Goods will be dispatched within 48 hrs of receipt of your emailed sample artwork approval
    • We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Australia Post. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, it is best you pay for Express Post
