EAS extends the warranty for a period of twelve months.
This warranty covers the repair or replacement (if another unit is available in
our stock) of the broken unit at our discretion.
The warranty does not provide coverage
for items that were damaged caused by improper installation and/or improper use
of the product.
Should you need to use the warranty follow these steps:
*Contact our office and provide your invoice number to verify
that you are still within the 1 year time frame.
* Send in the item to be evaluated at your expense and wait
for evaluation findings.
*Warranty will be VOID if
evaluation findings show the unit to have damage caused by improper installation
and/or improper use.
*If after evaluating the item no improper installation or
use is found to be the cause, the item will be repaired or replaced if we have
another unit in stock.
