Hikvision 4K series DS-2DF8836IV-AELW smart PTZ dome cameras are able to capture high quality colored images in dim light environment with its cutting-edge low illumination level down to 0.02Lux (color). Embedded with 1/1.9’’ progressive scan CMOS chip makes true WDR (120dB) and 8MP real-time resolution possible. With the 36X optical zoom Day/Night lens, the camera offers more details over expansive areas. The 4K series PTZ camera also features a wide range of smart functions, including face detection, intrusion detection, line crossing detection and audio exception, benefitting users with great improvement on security efficiency, more importantly, with key events / objects being recorded for further forensic needs. These features, combined with smart tracking, which enables the camera to detect any progressively moving object and follow it within the camera’s area of coverage without fault. Smart Defog is further supported to improve image quality in challenging conditions

  • Opening or installing a product from "cctvnsecurity", you agree to terms and conditions of warranties and policies of "cctvnsecurity".
  • All equipments carry a 12 months replacement/repair warranty from date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. You can purchase an extended warranty on all of our products.
  • "cctvnsecurity" is not responsible for improper installation, modification, voltage spikes, or misuse of products. Corrosion due to improper care or salt spray in snow or beach areas is not covered.
  • Approved warranted items will be replaced/ repaired immediately with the same merchandise, or similar item of our choice.
  • Items returned that were abused will have to be approved by our warranty department for exchange. If we no longer carry the item that was returned due to a manufactures defect, we will send a working comparable new or refurbished item of our choice.
  • Shipping is always non-refundable. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The return has to be made within 30 days of the purchase date. No restocking fee applies on exchanges or store credit.
  • Purchaser assumes all liability for using these products in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws regarding surreptitious audio and video recording or monitoring.
