This kit is designed in the UK with the specific aim of allowing you to hear Short wave transmission.

This will give access to the BBC world service all over the globe, and just for good measure we have added MW and FM.

The radio is able to be assembled as a simple 3 band or a more complex 10 band radio.

The kit includes components, PCB with pre-soldered SMD IC's and manual with circuit diagram.

It is envisioned that constructors will want to create their own unique receiver, and to that end, we have created a multi-use kit, which will allow you to swap out many of the components to your own design. for example you may choose a slide pot for tuning rather than a rotary one and so on.

This is a very complex piece of equipment, but we have tried to make construction possible for the novice. It is not recommended that this is built as a first kit, although if you are patient and take your time it will come together.
