Ballroom dress is normally between 1kg-2kg. The items will be well packed and shipped by Air Mail. Registered post service is included without extra charge. Items are posted within 2 working days after payment is clear. The buyer can receive the goods in 10-14 working days, by normal condition. Please email us if your item has not arrived after 20 working days. The post office will take one month to track the delayed item. We will process to refund or remake the dress after we get the confirmation from post office.

If Express delivery is required, we may upgrade to EMS courier postage. This is one of the fastest international courier service. The buyer can receive the goods in 3-5 days under normal condition. US$10 extra charge for express delivery. Please note, your telephone number is required for express delivery service.

Kind Reminder: When you receive and unpack the dress, a few of rhinestones probably stick together or stick on the dress. Please DO NOT tear apart directly. Otherwise, it will damage your dress. We use special designed Chrisanne Clover glue. If you use steam iron with a little hot mist to make the glue soft, the rhinestones will be pulled apart easily.
