Shipping/Returns
For orders received before 4 pm EST Monday – Friday,
packages will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 4 pm
EST (or on holidays or weekends) will be shipped the following business
day. So, expect a delay in response time as
it may be longer.
Approved items may be returned if the
item was damaged during shipping or if the item was incorrectly described or
distorted by us. The buyers responsible for Return Shipping if the Buyer:
Changes their mind or did not like + 15% Restocking Fee.
Approved Returns must be in the same
condition as received/sold to. Once we have received the returned item a full
refund will be issued.
Returns/ Exchanges / Replacements
If for any reason you need to return,
exchange or replacement (if available, depending on our inventory). Please
communicate with us first as we would like to resolve the issue and try our
best to make it right.
Our Goal is for our buyers to have a
positive and stress-free experience with us. Your Feedback is also important to
us.
Please do not place a bid if you have any reservation about purchasing

Items purchased must be paid for within 7 days after the purchase
was made or auction ended. Your item / items will not be shipped
until payment has been received.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item
price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what
these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
All International items will require your signature upon delivery
of the item. No exceptions will be made.
