These are NEW replacement keypads for the Motion Plus family of controllers manufactured by MTS / Custom Servo Motors / Parker.

The keypads work with PMC, TDC , EDC, VRP, CAM and XDC models, as well as the Remote Operator Interface.

Keypad/LCD assembly PN 419231-01B uses this.

The keypads are adhesive backed, and apply to the baseplate after removal of the old keypad. 

When the controller "locks up" and doesn't respond to keystrokes, replacing the keypad usually fixes it.
