This is the "harness and hose assembly - bulkhead to rear control"  This may have been for the hoses and controls for the wheelchair lift on a bus (got some of this from city-bus overstock auction).  May have other applications.

this is a very complete set - looks to be in mint shape...   NEW -  no box.
