Zippeeez are micro-scale collectable creatures which magically come to life on their playsets as they move around and make cute sounds. Place the three exclusive Zippeeez characters on the stars and they will start to move about. Zippeeez are sound sensitive so the more you talk to them and make noise the faster they will go! They also love to dance so press the button to switch on their music and watch them bop to their beat!

    Payment

    We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

All payments must be cleared before any items can be dispatched.

    Shipping

    We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover the cost charged to us. 

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, we aim to despatch all items paid for before 3pm on the same day.

Please check carefully the transit time of you chosen method of postage, there will often be more than one to choose from, typical deliver times:

Royal Mail 1st class: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Standard Parcels: 2-5 working days
Parcelforce 48: 1-2 working days

Free local delivery is available on heavy or bulky items, areas covered include (but are not limited to) Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Scunthorpe, Hull, and the surrounding areas, please contact us before bidding.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Warranty's:

New Items: New Items have full manufactures warranty for a minimum of one year.

Ex-Demo: Ex-demo items have a 14 day warranty period and you must inform us of any faults within this time.

Faulty: Faulty items have no warranty, every effort is made to investigate faults but the fault list should not be taken as exhaustive.

    Returns

    Returns are accepted within 60 days for a refund of the cost of the item. 

Reasonable postage costs will be refunded if the item is found to be faulty. 

The buyer is responsible for packaging the item's in a suitable manner. 

No refund will be issued until items are returned to us.
