California artist Richard Volpe titled this intalgio print "Longing" (yellow) -- perfect description!
This cat, comfortable in her rocking chair, but gazing at the birds with such a longing ---really a terrific 1970's piece!
it is signed by the artist and numbered..
and the original colored block print has the certificate of authenticity on the back of the frame.
The paper appears to be Arches or Arches-type, mold made edged paper.
