Auction/Sales Policies:
1. All items are described to the best of our knowledge, if any item is not as we have described, please CONTACT us. We do our best to be friendly and honest sellers, and our reputation is important to us. If you feel we have made a mistake or have misrepresented something let us know - we'll do our best to make it right. All opinions/item descriptions provided are our own and we do not purport to be experts on everything. That being said, if something is sold AS-IS, it is just that. We are honest and fair with our customers, and we expect the same from them.
2. We love positive feedback and our business depends upon it. If you have a reason to not leave us 5 stars and positive feedback, please contact us and we will do our best to work out a solution for both of us.
3. We ship 2-3 times a week for most items by USPS. If you have a special shipping request, we will try to honor it. Also, we reuse boxes and packing materials to keep costs down (and recycle), but if you want new materials we are happy to use such for an additional charge.
