Please be advised that we try to send items that are close to the one in picture.  We do many signing and the players sign on different sides, colors, and even different inscriptions.  Some have no Inscriptions. If the Jsa number is not in system please contact JSA not us.  We have no control over how long they take to put in system.  

Last all returns shipping is paid by customer.  

Also boxes for helmets, etc are sometimes not in perfect codition due to travel.

If item is damaged we cover what USPS, Fedex, or UPS covers. If you want more coverage please advise and we will give you cost for extra insurance for you to pay.  Usually $50 is what they cover.  If damaged and not paid by customer, if one of the providers does not approve we are not liable.  We work hard to provide the best customer service but extra cost is hard for us to provide.  Remember we do not accept returns. So it is in your best interest to pay for extra insurance.  These items leave our warehouse in perfect condition and we can not control what these shipping providers will do to the items.
