Payments
Due to eBay policy, I can only accept PayPal if you pay online. If the item is to be picked-up, I will accept cash, PayPal, and credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Payment is expected within 7 days of winning the auction or making a purchase.
Return Policy
We will refund your money within 14 days of purchase if item is not as described. All accessories, packing materials, and original box must be returned along with the item. For used electronics/computer items, we also guaranty the item against DOA for 14 days except where noted. We are not responsible for accidental or intentional damage, nor damage from surges, spikes, moisture, etc.
As a rule, we do not accept returns (except as noted above), and on the rare occasion we do accept a return, it is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Shipping
We ship FedEx Home/Ground, USPS First Class Package, USPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail within the contiguous United States. We only use USPS First Class Package, USPS Parcel Select or Priority Mail to Hawaii and Alaska. Outside the U.S., we use USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class International except for Canada where we can also ship UPS Standard (please be aware of custom brokerage fees when selecting this service). When free shipping is offered, it is valid for the contiguous United States only unless otherwise specified. Should you be from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other region that USPS delivers to outside the contiguous United States, I will advise you of your discounted shipping rate.
Other shipping options are available on request. Lightweight items under 4 pounds can be shipped USPS First Class International for a lesser cost; however, buyer assumes all delivery risk as USPS First Class International packages can not be insured. All products shipped Priority Mail International will be insured. If your insured item was damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us and the appropriate carrier to make a claim. International customers are responsible for customs/duty taxes. Please do not ask us to manipulate selling prices; however, all items on the customs form will be described as used. We do combine shipping for multiple items where possible. Please request or wait for an invoice if you have purchased more than one item.
Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) & Feedback:
There seems to be a growing trend on eBay not to leave feedback. It is only natural that a dissatisfied customer will be more vocal than one who is happy with their transaction. Unfortunately this skews a sellers feedback and DSR ratings. As such, my policy from now on is to leave feedback for the the buyer after they have left feedback for me. This policy is not meant to be used as a form of feedback blackmail, but to be used to encourage fair feedback reporting for both the buyer and seller.
The Detailed Seller Ratings are critical to us eBay sellers. Please allow us to work out any issues before leaving negative feedback or low DSR'S. (really, anything less than a "5" rating can be detrimental). Shipping time, for instance, can vary dramatically between shipping companies; however, a low DSR rating for shipping time can greatly affect the fees and reviews sellers receive from eBay even though this aspect is obviously beyond the seller's control. If you feel the need to rate any service less than a 5 or leave anything other than positive feedback, please give the us a chance to correct any issues! Thanks in advance!
