Insurance:
If you would like to spend insurance fee as following, any lost/broken during shipping will be covered. Otherwise the customer themsevles to take the risk of loss if product get damaged or lost during the delivery. Insurance fee to be paid to our paypal account. 1) for total cost is $20 or less, insurance fee is $2.00;
2) for total cost is between $21 to $50, insurance fee is $3.50;
3) for total cost is over $51, insurance fee is $4.00.

Receiving Signature

Please be advised all our parcel sent out not requested a receiver signature (but can be traced online when it’s on carrier’s system) , which means the parcel will be dropped at your front door if nobody in home. If you do need receive the parcel in person and leave signature to carrier, please pay extra $3 to us for the signature service charged by the shipping company.

Return Policy: 14 Days Accident Policy

Please make sure contact with us within 14days upon parcel arrived and inspect it to see whether there is accident happens.
If time got expired we reserve the right to refuse your refund/return/replacement request. Please must get our writing approval on return before deliver it back.

Defect -- We will exchange the defective products, but only it shows the products itself has defects, we need clear picture first for proof. Once you get our writing authorization then you can arrange return.

Short/part missing – notice us at your earliest convenience within 14days upon parcel arrived. Provide with us clear photo for the parcel you got –for both the package and contents.

If it's your reason(eg size change) for exchange or not like the product actually the product is a good one, yourself to bear the shipping cost for both ways; same as usual please contact with us first to get our writing approval then return it.
