2-Story rectangular hospital with grey plastic base, yellow walls, red flat roof, white plastic carry handle on top.  Hospital has a removable fold-down plastic wall with separate part number.  Hinged red roof above front wall. 5 windows & white plastic ambulance bay door on rear. Working elevator with exterior hand crank, floor indicator & sliding white elevator doors. Bell on ceiling of first floor - rings with red pull-knob
