How will my bike be delivered?Your bike will be delivered by a courier of our choice dependant on where you’re located. The bike will be 85% assembled. We always recommend a bicycle mechanic complete the build to ensure a safe bike. In the event of any warranty claims proof of professional assembly is required.WARRANTY: 1. A limited lifetime warranty on all frame/forks (including carbon).2. A limited 12-month manufacture warranty on all parts (excluding wear and tear).The warranty for all Samson Cycles products is limited to manufacturing faults and does not cover wear and tear, damage caused through accidents, damage caused through mis-use, or damage caused through poor workmanship provided elsewhere other than staff at Samson Cycles.PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping on all items is at buyers expense (including warranty returns).All damaged or missing items must be reported back to Samson Cycles within seven days of receiving the item for any claim/s to be valid.Delivery Order: Please give us your contact number for delivery to save time to ship the items.
