If the buy it now price is not there, it's because ebay takes off the buy it now option after people start bidding. Shipping is actual cost from USPS, and I will ship to anywhere. Look at my other auctions for other photography and collectible items. If you get more than one buy-it-now item, add them to your cart before checking out - ebay should combine the shipping automatically.
