are Like New or Very Good Condition.
DVDs
are guaranteed genuine PAL format, Region 4 (Australia & NZ). BluRay are Region
B (Aust & NZ).
Has
small store stickers which can be removed with eucalyptus oil.
All
DVDs and BluRays are tested and played through completely BEFORE listing and dispatch.
Nothing will be listed OR dispatched if it doesn’t play perfectly on
one of our players. Whilst in some cases, there may be some light superficial surface
scratches, it is in perfect working order when dispatched.
We
use the top of the line DiskDoctor machine to look after all our discs.

will take an average 2 - 4 extra days to reach destination than previously, as
stated by Australia Post. Responsibility not accepted for items lost or
delivered to the wrong address by Australia Post.
If a buyer would like to have the item sent via Express
Post or Registered Post, or have tracking provided ($2.95), we are happy to do
so, however the buyer would need to pay the cost. Contact prior to

DVD CARE AND PREVENTION OF
PLAYING PROBLEMS:

Always keep your DVD in its case when not in use
·
To ensure you never have any playing problems, always
switch DVD player off at the player or power point immediately after use.
DO NOT switch off with the remote as this will usually lead to overheating of
the DVD player & will usually cause freezing, skipping or ‘pixellation’ or
prevent the DVD from loading correctly. DO NOT
leave on standby!

Clean your lens regularly and never touch the playing
surface of the DVD
·
Do not place any other device that heats up on top of,
or under, your DVD player (e.g. set top box, TV). Do not place your player
where it gets consistent direct sunlight. Overheating of the DVD player is the
cause of the majority of playing problems.
·
Do not play DVD in a ‘vertical’ player such as a side
entry 2 in 1 TV/DVD players. To prevent damage & playing problems, ALWAYS
play DVD in a horizontal DVD player.
·
To release the DVD from the case, press the centre
button. DO NOT LIFT THE EDGE OF THE DISC TO REMOVE – this can crack the disc!
