D&D 2 into 1 "Boss" Fat Cat Exhaust pipe. 2:1 for a 2009-2016 Harley Touring model
Boss Fat Cat is a stepped header system at the head is 1 5/8" to 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" at collector and 2 1/2" where the muffler goes to the header.
All Boss Fat Cat full systems are equipped with heat shields,exhaust gaskets, bolt kit and baffles.
Each exhaust system is designed and dyno tested in our facilities.
D&D's testing is done with the Harley Tuner's. Every pipe is designed to increase low-end torque and horsepower.
Performance increases are about 15 percent with the proper tune on the bike.
Perforated baffles are for 96" to 113" motors the loudest range sound
Perforated wrapped baffle is the medium sound baffle for motors 96" to 113"
Louvered wrapped baffle is the quitest baffle for motors 96" to 103"
Note: If you are using Woods cams use the Perforated Baffle 09-16 Boss Fat Cat comes with 18mm and 12mm O2 bungs for the stock O2 sensors that comes on the bike.
All Touring model are required to use a tuner with our exhaust.
Touring models with a stock 96" motor does not require a tuner with exhaust and a high flow air cleaner only.
The team at D&D spent hours on the dyno testing the combination of a high-performance air cleaner with the BOSS Fat Cat pipe to ensure no tuner or download is needed on the 2009-2016 baggers with a stock 96" motor.
With just a wrench and a ratchet, every bagger owner can be up and running within an hour.
That saves time and money Increase your performance by adding a HiFlow Air Cleaner or Max Flow Air Cleaner. The D&D exhaust system with an air cleaner is the biggest bang for your buck.
Note: Hi Flow air cleaner does not come with the exhaust system requires an additional investment.
Note: Slant Cut mufflers work best with the CVO Extended bag models.

Damaged Shipments: Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can snap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order right away. If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right away so we start the process.
Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.
Warranties: All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. We’re happy to step in and get the ball rolling. Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturer first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us.
