You are buying 2 tubes, globe-balloon version of #27, brands are RCA and KEN RAD. Design of mesh plate and engraved base. Also known as "227" or "327" by other manufacturers.

Test results on my professionally calibrated US Military TV-7A/U mutual conductance tube tester and without shorts or leakage. For #27, scores of 625 micromhos or higher are good.
