Upon receiving your item, please inspect it carefully and report  to us any carrier damage OR for items arriving  D.O.A. immediately within 24 hours, thank you.

We ask that you  Please save all packaging material and shipping box/container for a minimum of 30 days.      We do honor a 30-Day   REPLACEMENT   on "New" Items only.

If an Item is advertised as "new,"  and fails within the first 30 days due to a manufacturing defect, we will make every effort to replace the item.

We may request that the item be returned to us for inspection and or testing before a replacement is issued, or in the case where 

a replacement is unavailable, a refund.  THE ITEM MUST BE SENT BACK TO US IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN THE ORIGINAL

 SHIPPING BOX/CONTAINER THAT YOU RECEIVED IT IN, and WITH ANY AND ALL ACCESSORIES  to receive a replacement, or to be considered for a refund.  

NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. 

 

14-Day " RETURN "  for  *NEW items only.       

 If you decide that you just don't like the  item   that you purchased, you can return it,  however, please be advised that there is a 20% restocking fee, as we cannot resell it as a "new"  item.

 The item must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of purchase, and must be in SAME CONDITION that you received it, NEW, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, INCLUDING THE UNDAMAGED PACKAGING..  

 You will need to contact us right away for an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any item returned to us without an RMA will be refused, and  RETURNED TO SENDER, and you will not receive a refund.

 THE ITEM MUST BE SENT BACK TO US IN IT'S ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING MATERIAL AND IN THE ORIGINAL  SHIPPING BOX/CONTAINER THAT YOU RECEIVED IT IN, 

and    WITH  ANY  AND  ALL ACCESSORIES   to receive any refund, less the 20% restocking fees, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees and insurance to return the product to us. 

The item will be fully inspected and/or tested before any refunds can be considered, or issued (less the 20% restocking fees)...

PAYMENTS:   

We only accept PayPal.  Payment is expected within 3 days of end of auction, if you have a problem, please contact us.  Items that have not been paid for within the time designated time frame may be relisted 

or offered to the next highest bidder.  We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bids from buyers with excessive negative feedback.

SHIPPING:    

We ship within one business day (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment, with the exception of freight items that may require scheduling with a third party. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S.A. holidays.

With an appointment, some items may be picked up from our warehouse.  Contact us for pick-up arrangements.
