This is a FIRST EDITION (stated). This hard picture cover book is in Excellent++ condition, no names, no dog ears, no inscriptions. The is a little creasing at the top of the first 2 pages. On the back cover there is a box at the bottom left corner that shows (NOT FOR RESALE). Book may have been a hand out at one time.
