Small Guan Yin for table or mantelpiece. This Guan Yin holds a baby which is common in Chinese folklore to help in fertility.
Guanyin (觀音, pinyin guānyīn, Wade-Giles: kuan-yin) is the bodhisattva of compassion as venerated by East Asian Buddhists, usually as a female. She is also known as the Chinese Bodhisattva of Compassion. The name Guanyin is short for Guanshi'yin (觀世音, pinyin: guānshì yīn, Wade-Giles: kuan-shih yin) which means "Observing the Sounds (or Cries) of the World".
It is generally accepted that Guanyin originated as the Sanskrit Avalokiteśvara (अवलोकितेश्वर), which is her male form. Commonly known in the West as the Goddess of Mercy, Guanyin is also revered by Chinese Taoists as an Immortal. It should be noted that in Taoist mythology, Guan Yin has other origination stories which are unrelated to Avalokiteśvara.

Guan Yin holding a baby is to commonly used for couples who are experiencing
conception difficulties. It is said by having such a statue the chances of a
couple conceiving are increased.
Where to place:
In
Feng Shui one of the most popular places to place a statue of Guan Yin, is in
the shrine. Another popular place is at the front entrance in such a way as you
open the door and then see the statue. This is because Guan Yin's purifying
power is believed to be so strong that it will ward away a great many evils
from entering. Do note though that if using this placement, the statue must not
be placed on the floor. Guan Yin's high and holy status must be revered and so
putting that statue on the floor would be wholly inappropriate. Use a table or
shelf that is at least waist height.

Western Europe - 3 working days from dispatch.
Eastern Europe - 5 working days from dispatch.
Rest of the World - 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Shipping supplement for Italy, Greece and Russia:
Due to past problems with the following countries, a £5.00 supplement must paid for Signed for Delivery: Italy, Greece and Russia. We are sorry we must impose higher rates for these countries, but we have had many experiences with items getting stuck in Customs or lost in the Postal Service. Either make the order for your products and send us a message to amend the invoice or we will send you a Paypal invoice for £5.00.
Note: Russia - we have specifically been having problems with Customs at Russia and have known to have items take up to 6 weeks to arrive at the destination. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Returns Policy;
Wen Tai Sun operates a 30day grace period for returns. We even send you a prepaid postage label (UK only).
Just email us at wentaisun@btconnect.com stating that you want to return the item and we will create a postage label for you by Royal Mail. Attach the label to your package, fill in the form and then pop the item in the mail sack at the post office!
For non-UK customers, we will refund you the postage upon receipt.
Breakages;
If in any case a product arrives broken or faulty, Buyer must take a digital picture and send to us using eBay messenger service with a clear explanation of the breakage. Upon receipt of the photo, a breakage claim will be processed which may result in a full or partial refund or a replacement being sent to the Buyer. In most cases, a claim may be made to Royal Mail and we must ask the Buyer to keep the broken package which may be asked for by Royal Mail.
Lost items;
Buyers in the UK should report a lost item after 5 days of dispatch and before 30 days. Overseas buyers may report a lost item after 7days and before 45 days. In most cases, lost items are usually found at the Buyers local Post Office or with the buyer?s neighbours as many of our packages are too big for most post boxes and postal officials have missed the receiver.
PLEASE DO NOT REPORT A LOST ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND NEIGHBOURS.
