Shipping

• All orders will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Our daily USPS pick up is 12PM. Orders processed each day will be picked up the next day by 12PM. Order processed on Friday will be shipped on the same day.
• All orders placed on weekend and/or national holidays will processed on the next available business day.
• Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Services.
• Most International shipping is done via eBay International Shipping Center. Country restrictions based on eBay policies.
• International Priority Mail Shipping are now available for select items not available through the eBay Program. Buyer pays international shipping charges.
• For Alaska, Hawaii, US territory PR and GUAM. Please contact us first. Additional Shipping Charge may be applied.

Payment

Payment accepted through PayPal; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment can be sent anytime within 2 days after an auction ends and immediately for BUY IT NOW.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied every time you shop with Vortex_Blade_Shop which is why we offer a 30 Day Return for most of our items. We only ask you to pay for the return shipping, so we can continued to offer free shipping at the low cost we provide them. If the item arrived broken or damaged we will replace it for free. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus 15% restocking fee) of the purchase price. Shipping on large Item & on International Shipping will not be refunded. The item must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure refund.

For all returns, customer will have to pay for the return shipping.
