Our standard delivery service is £4.95 and will be delivered within 1-2 days.

When will I receive my order?

All our orders are sent via courier. This is a 1-2 day delivery service, however most are received within 1 working day. If orders are placed before 2pm items will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes we can deliver to any country in the world that is covered by eBay's International Shipping program which is handled by eBay. eBay will charge you separately for any postal costs that are outside of the UK.

Do you offer proofs?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer proofs on any products.

How do I personalise my order?

Each item will require different information. Please check the individual listing to see what information we require from you. If you're still unsure or have any questions please get in touch and our team will be happy to help.

What size are the products?

This products is made in England offering premium quality and longevity. We offer a variety of potty items. Measures of our potty chair are approx height 28cm, depth 26cm, width 35cm. Training potty approx height 20cm, depth 26.5cm, width 24cm. Toilet training seat approx height 15cm, depth 37cm, width 34cm. 

All orders are dispatched via courier service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of orders being placed.

Items which are ordered over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed within two working days.

Our order cut off is 2pm, any orders made after this time will be processed within 2 working days. Please note orders may not be shipped on time if we need to contact you to check any information sent to us or if we are waiting for your personalised information.

All our orders are packed and sent in strong packaging. 

Please note we can only shop to verified PayPal addresses.
