All items purchased before 2PM will be dispatched the same day (excluding Mondays and busy days). If purchased after 2PM item will be dispatched next-day.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an eBay message to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 working days. We return postage cost only for defective items and wrong items sent.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEMS
If we dispatched wrong item or item is defective, your item will be exchanged to proper item, or fully refunded. You will also receive postage cost if dispatched back by you or we will book collection at our cost.
