Ice Aqua Mermaid Hologram fabric
Not really Blue, but not really Green.

This is that strange latex like lame that was used in the 80's and 90's on various dolls. We do not know the proper name for it. Fabric is very shiny and changes undertones in light. fabric was used on the following dolls as trim or full fashions.

-And many other dolls for the 80's and 90's
