Operating Instruction:
Click K1 to enter the time setting (one hundred digit starts flashing).
  Then press K2 to change the hundreds digit. 
Click K1 (ten digit starts flashing), then press K2 to change the tens digit.  
Click K1 (last digit starts flashing) then press K2 to change single-digit. Click K1, exit the setting, LED no longer flashes. 
Normal digital tube display, press K2, shifting the decimal point, a decimal point indicates 0-999 minutes in 10 digit.
From 0 to 99.9 seconds with no decimal point represent 0-999 seconds; to this time setting is completed.
